Our Team Leaders are seasoned workers that have engaged multiple times in other nations, trained in cross-culturalization processes and able to prepare and train short term workers as they are deployed into the field. Each of them know our ministry well and understand our objectives. They are able to handle all field logistics and finances for our teams, create solutions and make spiritual and physical decisions in times that require intense servant leadership skills. All Team Leaders continue in ongoing training in servant leadership and cross-cultural processes. Plus, they are fun to be with in the field!
